In the case that your order has not been dispatched, we will endeavour to amend (where possible) or cancel for you. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days to cancel your contact with us and we will issue you with a full refund. To do this, you must put it in writing to us. We will then issue a full refund, however, you will need to return your entire order to us at your cost if you have already received them.
If items are faulty or incorrect, we will refund postage to you. In all cases, items must be returned in their original packaging and will be inspected upon return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
We dispatch all orders within 2 working days of placing the order. UK Orders under £50 are send out first class so usually take 2-3 working days to arrive. Orders over £50 are sent on a next day service.

In the case of an item being out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing order to advise you.
How do I know when my item is on its way?
We will send you a confirmation email once your items have left us.
Will I need to sign for my items?
If your order is sent out next day delivery then yes, they will require a signature.
If I order a gift card, how can it be redeemed?
Gift Cards purchased on the website will be sent out via email at the time of ordering. They contain a unique code which can be redeemed on the website. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLINE GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE REDEEMED ONLINE
Can I use my loyalty card?
Unfortuntely we no longer offer the ‘loyalty card’ we had from the 7camicie stores. However, we have lots of regular offers and discounts instead. Please sign up to our newsletter to make sure you don’t miss out on any!
