In the case that your order has not been dispatched, we will endeavour to amend (where possible) or cancel for you. Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations you have seven working days to cancel your contact with us and we will issue you with a full refund. To do this, you must put it in writing to us. We will then issue a full refund, however, you will need to return your entire order to us at your cost if you have already received them.
If items are faulty or incorrect, we will refund postage to you. In all cases, items must be returned in their original packaging and will be inspected upon return. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.
Your order will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days from placing order. In the case of an item being out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of placing order to advise you.
How do I know when my item is on its way?
We will send you a confirmation email once your items have left us.
Will I need to sign for my items?
Yes, we send our items special delivery so they will require a signature.
If I order a gift card, how can it be redeemed?
Gift Cards purchased on the website will be sent out via email at the time of ordering. They contain a unique code which can be redeemed on the website. PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLINE GIFT CARDS CAN ONLY BE REDEEMED ONLINE
Can I use my loyalty card?
When you place your order, there is a ‘Special Instructions’ box. Please type your loyalty card number (can be found on the reverse of your loyalty card) into that box and we will add all shirts on your order onto that card.
